Zoee Riannon Dotson

Funeral service for Zoee Riannon Dotson, age 22, of Decatur, will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Barry Cater and Rev. Seth Keenum officiating.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Interment will be in Midway Memorial Gardens.  Guestbook available at www.parkwayfunerals.com.

It's with broken hearts and tears that we announce the passing of our beloved Zoee. Her infectious laugh, beautiful smile, and outgoing personality will always hold a special place in our hearts. She loved big and extended that love to her family, friends, and especially to her brother and sisters. While her time here with us was short, we take comfort in knowing her time in eternity has begun, and we have peace that one day we will be able to see her smile again.

Miss Dotson, who died Sunday, September 7, 2025, at her residence, was born September 30, 2002, in Alabama to Russell Dotson and Sheree Roden.  She was preceded in death by her grandfather, James Dotson.

She is survived by her father, Russell Dotson; mother, Sheree Roden; brother, Madison Loosier (Payton); sisters, Khloee Dotson and Olivia Metzger; grandparents, Sandra Dotson, Melvin Roden, and Carol Shelton; uncles, Vann Dotson (Cassey) and Bradley Roden (Kasi); nieces, Marleigh Loosier and Lydia Loosier; and cousins, Tyler Dotson, Connor Roden, and Huntleigh Roden

Pallbearers will be Vann Dotson, Robert Dotson, C. J. Dotson, Darryl Buchanan, Carson Turner, and Dan Morris.
