Wanda Sue (Nelson) Micas

The family of Wanda Sue Nelson Micas, age 75, of Decatur, will host a Memorial Gathering from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel.  

Mrs. Micas, who died Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at UAB Hospital, was born October 8, 1950, in Alabama to Clifton O'Neal Nelson and Ruby Louise Letson Nelson.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Harry Micas; brother, Kennith Nelson; and sister, Carol Lyell.
