Vernon Laurence

Falkville - Funeral for Vernon Laurence, 50, of Falkville will be Monday, January 11, 2021, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Mark Hicks officiating.  Burial will be in Midway Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be Sunday, January 10, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.  Mr. Laurence, who died Friday, January 8, 2021, at his residence , was born, June 28, 1970, to Virgil Laurence and Jeanette Moss Laurence.  He was a member of Danville Apostolic Church.  He worked as a welder at Wilson Machine for 10 years. He was a loving husband and father and enjoyed fishing, hunting and helping his many friends.

Son - Braden Laurence
Daughters - Scarlett Laurence, Melanie Laurence
Parents - Virgil Laurence and Jeanette Moss Laurence
Brothers - Jesse (Molly) Laurence and Odis (Beckie) Laurence
Brother and sister in law Rev. Mark and Tracy Hicks
numerous nieces and nephews
Pallbearers will be Jesse Laurence, Reese Laurence, Colton Hicks, Clancy Hicks, Gabriel Hicks, Zachary Hicks, Michael Fricks.
