Memorial service for Vanessa (Wallace) Adair, age 69, of Huntsville will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Brannon officiating.
Ms. Adair, who died Sunday, December 8, 2024, at her residence, was born April 16, 1955, in Portsmouth, VA to McCoy and Faye Wallace. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her beloved dog, Bama. A graduate of Calhoun Community College and Athens State University, she retired from U. S. Army Aviation and Missile Command where she served as a management analyst for 31 years.
Survivors include her two daughters, Chasity Campbell Brannon (Tim) and Cassidy Campbell Thomas (Conor); two brothers, Rod Wallace and Tony Wallace (Delores); two sisters, Nona Peebles (Donnie) and Sharon Vest (Tommy); five grandchildren, Madeline Robertin (Zachary), Olivia Brannon, Jaden Brannon, Payson Thomas, and Willow Thomas; and a host of nephews, nieces, and extended family.
