Tina Marie (Cartee) Godwin

Funeral service for Tina Marie (Cartee) Godwin, age 92, of Moulton, will be 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mrs. Godwin, who died Sunday, July 19, 2026, at Florence Rehab & Wellness Center, was born January 19, 1934, in Alabama to Russell Cartee and Eula Lansdell Cartee.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Thompson; parents; brothers, Paul Cartee, Jimmy Cartee, and Ronnie Cartee; and sisters, Audean Cartee Kelso, Livina Cartee Wadsworth, JoDoris Cartee Strickland, Betty Cartee Terry, and Diane Cartee Godwin.

She is survived by her children, Rickey Thompson (Rita), Margaret Thompson, and Cathy Thompson Terry (Michael); brothers, Dale Cartee (Ann), Phillip Cartee, and Donnie Cartee (Debbie); and sisters, Annette Cartee Terry and Linda Cartee Workman (Erin).

Pallbearers will be Jamie Terry, Sabastion Terry, Blake Thompson, Landon Thompson, Michael Hughes, and Micheal Terry.

The family would like to express their special thanks to: Debbie Vest for always being there and lending a helping hand; Dr. Chad McElroy and staff for the years of compassionate care for Tina; and Lisa Terry for being a special friend who never failed to help wherever needed.
