Shirley Ann (Johnson) Braswell

Funeral service for Shirley Ann (Johnson) Braswell, age 76, of Trinity will be 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Cecil "Sonny" Johnson officiating.  The family will receive friends for two hours prior to service.  Entombment will be in Midway Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.  Guestbook available at www.parkwayfunerals.com.

Ms. Braswell, who died Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Crestwood Medical Center, was born April 23, 1949, in Alabama to Robert Franklin Johnson and Cora Obie Bates Johnson.  She was preceded in death by her son, Chad Lowery; parents; and five brothers, Jimmy Johnson, Edward Johnson (Hazel), Leldon Johnson, Hollis Johnson, and Fred Johnson (Donna).  She was retired from 3M.

She is survived by two sons, Rodney Lowery (Doreatha) and Austin Lowery (Melanie); sister, Elaine Holsonback (Jim);  sisters-in-law, Carolyn Johnson and Martha Johnson; four grandchildren, Clay Lowery (Erika), Katie Lowery (Cullen), Connery Lowery (Kaitlin), and Ashton Lowery; and three great-grandchildren, Rylan Lowery, Ridge Lowery, and Oakleigh Bailey. 

Pallbearers will be sons and grandsons.
