Sandra Sue (Carroll) Jenkins

Sandra Sue (Carroll) Jenkins, age 82, of Decatur, died Sunday, January 12, 2025, at Decatur Morgan Hospital.  Her family may host a celebration of life at a later date.  Parkway Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.  Guestbook available at www.parkwayfunerals.com.

Mrs. Jenkins was born April 21, 1942, in Alabama to Jerome Easter Carroll and Beatrice Ezell Carroll.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Reginald Jenkins, and her parents.  Mrs. Jenkins was a graduate of the University of Miami, and retired as Field Director of Girl Scouts of American for the Heart of Florida Girl Scout Council.  She was a loving and caring mother, devoted wife, honest and loyal friend, and an amazing woman who will be greatly missed.

She is survived by two sons, Jerome Jenkins (Tina) and Christopher Jenkins; and two grandchildren, Samantha Blakiewicz (Cody) and Jeremy Jenkins.
