Ruby Jewel (Parham) Osborn

Funeral service for Ruby Jewel Parham Osborn, age 84, of Vinemont, will be 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mrs. Osborn, who died Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born October 28, 1941, in Alabama to Joseph Edward Parham, Sr. and Parlee Maybell Sapp Parham .  She was preceded in death by her husband, James Osborn, Sr.; parents; and family members, Joseph Parham, Jr., Marilene Parham, Emmett Parham, Josephine Parham, Lorene Kirby, Shirley Lewis, and David Wayne Osborn, Jr.

She is survived by her children, James Osborn, Jr. (Judy), David Osborn (Josette), and Elaine Osborn; brother, Robert Parham (Holly); four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Wilson, Michael Osborn, Robert Parham, and Jessie Kirby.
