Peggy Jean Sanderson

Funeral service for Peggy Jean Sanderson, age 81, of Moulton, will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Neil Carter officiating.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to service.  Interment will be in Moulton Memory Gardens.  

Ms. Sanderson, who died Thursday, August 8, 2024, at her residence, was born December 16, 1942, in Alabama to Grady Sanderson and Essie Garrett Sanderson.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her daughter, Robin Legg (Mike); two grandchildren, Zane Legg (Ali Grace) and Justin Legg (Allison); and three great-grandchildren, Logan Grace Legg, Mallie Rae Legg, and Evie Michael Legg. 

Pallbearers will be Mike Legg, Justin Legg, Zane Legg, Billy Sanderson, Phil Sanderson, and Baron Shelton.
