Mr. Rowe, who died Saturday, February 21, 2026, at his residence, was born October 20, 1971, in Alabama to Frank F. Rowe and Shirley Jean Smith Rowe.  He was preceded in death by his parents. 

He is survived by a host of loving family and friends.
