Mr. Hill, who died Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born February 6, 1953, in Alabama to Leonard Wiley Hill and Cora Lee Hayes Hill.  He was preceded in death by his son, Scott Ayarra; parents; brother, Rayburn Hill; and four sisters, Lagatha Hill Bick, Carolyn Hill Miller (Jimmie), Deborah Ann Hill, and Sandra Hill.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Bradley Hill; son, Casey Ayarra (Christie); daughter, Tiffany Hill; brother, James Hill (Mary); and three grandchildren, Chasity Ayarra Shelton (Trevor), Caleb Ayarra (Tinei), and Jacob Ayarra (Gena).
