Mrs. Payne, who died Friday, November 22, 2024, at her residence, was born August 2, 1973, in Harvey, IL to Aleick John "A.J." Kelley and Pamela Ethel Grinstead.
She is survived by her husband, Ricky Payne; daughter, Ariel McCurley; son, Austin Irwin; grandchildren, Braxton and Kinsley McCurley; and several stepchildren, step-grandchildren, and a host of extended family.
