Trinity - Funeral for Marie Landers  Parker, 69, of Trinity will be Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at Trinity Baptist Church, at 7:00 PM with Rev. Steve Caudle and Rev. Jamin Grubbs officiating and Parkway Funeral Home directing.  Burial will be in Midway Memorial Gardens on Wednesday at 11AM.  Visitation will be Tuesday, December 7, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the church.  Mrs. Parker, who died Sunday, December 5, 2021, at her residence, was born, January 23, 1952, to John Smith and Myrtle Landers Smith.  She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She enjoyed watching her grandkids playing sports and making music. She loved her community and volunteering. She was a substitute teacher at West Morgan for 30 years. She was known most as Memother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother - Bo (Debbie) Landers, sister - Dorothy (Olli) Smith, brother-in-law - Johnny Grissom
Survivors include:
Husband - Ferrel Parker
Son - William Cody (Lisa) Parker
Son - Gaylon (Kendra) Parker
Daughter - Melanie (Mike) Henson
Brother - John Wayne Smith
Sisters - Patricia (Gary) Taylor, Bea Grissom
Grandchildren - Parker (Kali) Henson, Michaela Henson, Ben (Dylan) Parker, Isabella Parker, Addison Parker
Pallbearers will be Parker Henson, Ben Parker, Ethan Hopkins, Boone Adams, Matt Adams, Billy Landers, Buddy Landers.
