Margaret Ann (Naylor) Allen

Funeral service for Margaret Ann (Naylor) Allen, age 83, of Decatur will be 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Williams officiating, and Jake Cockrell and Meghan Smiley providing a eulogy.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at the funeral home.  Interment will be in  Beulah Cemetery.  Guestbook available at www.parkwayfunerals.com.

Mrs. Allen, who died Friday, June 6, 2025, at her residence, was born October 27, 1941, in Alabama to William Lee Naylor and Louise Harris Naylor.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Allen; son, Johnny Randall Allen; son-in-law, Tony King; parents; brother, Billy Ray Naylor; and sisters, Joyce Fay Hembree and Marjorie Dale Kelley.

She is survived by her son, John W. H. Allen (Derrell); five daughters, Peggy "Joann" King, Margaret  "Joyce" Ann Smith (Randall), Juanita Lynn Mobley (Lonnie), Miranda "Randi" Shawn Allen, and Kristy Lashane Perry (Darrell); four brothers, Jimmy Naylor, Bobby Naylor, Paul Naylor, and Hurley Naylor; five sisters, Betty Osborn, Cathy Naylor, Donna Asherbranner, Lisa Junkin, and Vickie Naylor; five grandchildren, Dominick Allen, Jake Cockrell (Kimberly), Meghan Smiley, Margarett "Shyanne" Allen, and Nevaeh Lashane Allen; and four great-grandchildren, Zoey Cockrell, Emmett Cockrell, Grayson Cockrell, and Diego Smiley.
