Luke Sparks

Decatur – Visitation for Luke Sparks, 31, of Decatur will be Saturday, January 22, 2022, from 12:00 PM to
2:00 PM at Parkway Funeral Home. Luke, who passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022, in Decatur, was
born October 9, 1990. Luke loved spending his time watching YouTube and practicing bushcraft. He was
a shark expert and loved taking beach trips with his family and friends and going on new adventures
with his wife “Lady”.
He leaves behind his wife and high school sweetheart of 14 years, Ashley Sparks and their fur baby,
Madi.

Mother - Veronica (Scott) Henderson, Father - Ronnie Sparks, “Step dad” - Russ Holden, Grandmothers –
Joyce Farris and Doris Sparks, Sister – Haley (Matt) McBride, Brother – Keeton Sparks, “Step Sisters” –
Kathryn (Josh) Gobble and Stephanie (Jake) Smith, “Step Brothers” – Mitch (Katie) Holden and Landon
Henderson, Cousin and Best Friend – Jake Farris, and Nieces and Nephews – Rylee, Brinley, Cameron,
Bryson, Liam, and Jamison.
He is preceded in death by Grandfathers James Farris and Woodie Sparks and Uncle Mike Farris.
