Obituary
Mrs. Judy Elaine (Goodwin) Underwood, age 68, of Moulton, died Friday, April 28, 2023, at her residence. Her family will host a private Celebration of Life at a later date. Parkway Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
Mrs. Underwood was born March 1, 1955, in Alabama to Thomas Goodwin and Ruby Prince Goodwin. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Kenneth, Danny, and Tommy Goodwin; and two sisters and brothers-in-law, Diane and Cecil Blaxton, and Linda and Larry Harris. Judy loved her grandchildren and spending time with them was her greatest joy. She loved life, and never met a stranger.
She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Underwood; son, Jason Underwood; two daughters, Sandy Bonds (William) and Synthia Rourke (Sean); one sister, Jean Thompson (Kenneth); three sisters-in-law, Janice Goodwin, Janet Goodwin, and Diane Goodwin; and four grandchildren, Aleiah Drane (Dereck), Nicholas Pate, Kyra Jackson, and Aiden Rourke.
