Jimmie Lee Turner

Jimmie Lee Turner, age 83, of Trinity, died Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at his residence.  No service is scheduled at this time.  Parkway Funeral Home is assisting his family with arrangements.  Guestbook available at www.parkwayfunerals.com.

Mr. Turner was born November 25, 1941, in Alabama to Jimmie Turner and Wilma Wade Turner.  He was preceded in death by his parents.  He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and two overseas service bars. He retired as SGT from the United States Army.  He loved bartering and trading, and yard sales.  He enjoyed going to Tennessee but he was a fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Ivy Turner, and son, Joseph (Amanda).
