Jeanette Ray

Funeral service for Jeanette (Clemons) Ray, age 82. of Moulton will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Crumpton officiating.  The family will receive friends for one hour prior to service.  Interment will be in Old Liberty Congregational Christian Cemetery.  

Mrs. Ray, who died Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Helen Keller Hospital, was born March 6, 1943, in Alabama to Price Junior Clemons and Ozella Mote Clemons.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Meation Ray; parents; brother, Millard Clemons; and two sisters, Glennis Brewington and Vickie Richardson.  She enjoyed mowing yards, fooling with cows,  and yard-saling.  Her family was always first and foremost.

She is survived by her son, Dewayne Ray, and a host of nephews and nieces. 

Pallbearers will be Barry Richardson, Chad Richardson, Bradley Mote, Donnie Wilson, Heath Davis, and Guy Higginbotham.
