Jeanette (Pitt) Johnson

Private, immediate family only, graveside service for Jeanette (Pitt) Johnson, age 62, of HIllsboro will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 11, 2025, at Pitt Family Cemetery in Hillsboro  with Parkway Funeral Home directing and Bro. Mrs. Johnson, who died Thursday, August 7, 2025 at her residence, was born August 1, 1963, in Alabama to William McKinley Pitt and Mildred Christine Cottingham Pitt.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Jennifer June Braidfoot (G.W.).  She was a member of Flower Hill Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Barry Johnson; five brothers, Judson Pitt (Kathy), Joe Pitt (Patricia), Gerald Pitt (Rose), Jimmy Pitt (Ann), and Jerome "Bo" Pitt (Gina); and three sisters, Sarah Dunlap, Wanda Davis (Larry), and Tammy Jones (David).

Pallbearers will be Stacy Pitt, Bryan Braidfoot, Jason Braidfoot, Chris Dunlap, Brandon Pitt, Nathan Pitt, and Keith Pitt.
