Gerald Wayne Gay

Funeral service for Gerald Wayne Gay, age 50, of Trinity will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mr. Gay, who died Saturday, December 28, 2024, at his residence, was born February 21, 1974, in Alabama to Garland Wayne Gay and Bertha Lee Nelms Gay.  He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Aniyah Russell.  Mr. Gay's leisure time was enjoyed traveling and playing golf.

He is survived by three daughters, Miranda Russell (Travail), Jasmin Gay (Isiah Carter, III), and Abby Gay; wife, Mitzi Gay; stepson, Jackson Smith; stepdaughter, Riley Smith; parents, Garland and Bertha Gay; and nine grandchildren, Zoey Carter, Isiah Carter, IV, Zaeya Carter, Zaria Carter, Zuri Carter, Travail Russell, Jr., Tevari Russell, Avalynn Pugh, and Dominic Gay.

Pallbearers will be Chris Alexander, Stacy Alexander, Brandon Reeves, Jake Himburg, Hayden Reeves, and Dale Parker.
