Gary Donald Flake

Funeral service for Gary Donald Flake, age 62, of Moulton, will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Ronnie Kelsoe officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the funeral home.  Interment will be in Moulton Memory Gardens.  Guestbook available at www.parkwayfunerals.com.

Mr. Flake, who died Monday, January 26, 2026, at his residence, was born February 13, 1963, in Alabama to Donald Flake and Willodean Nolen.  He was preceded in death by his father.  He was a long haul truck driver and a devoted bike rider who loved his truck and motorcycle, but most especially loved his family.

He is survived by three sons, Dewayne Flake (Harley), Alex Flake (Emily), and Ryan Flake; three daughters, Misty Davis (Gary), Aleasha Powers (Todd), and Samantha Scott; mother, Willodean Nolen; stepfather, George Griscko; two brothers, Kenny Flake and Heath Cook (Cynthia); eight grandchildren, Hannah Flake, Connor Williams, Wyatt Powers, Ireland Powers, Niki Comes, Hayden Campbell, Ezra Flake, and Damon Flake; and two great-grandchildren, Chloe Polk and Zara Polk.

Pallbearers will be Dewayne Flake, Ryan Flake, Alex Flake, Heath Cook, Jimmy Don Nolen, and D. J. Flake.
