Flora Lee (Haggard) Milligan

Funeral service for Flora Lee (Haggard) Milligan, age 79, of Trinity will be 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Scotty Hill officiating.  The family will receive friends for one hour prior to service.  Interment will be in Friendship Methodist Cemetery.  Guestbook available at www.parkwayfunerals.com.

Mrs. Milligan, who died Friday, November 28, 2025, at  her residence, was born March 16, 1946, in Alabama to Ottis Walker Haggard and Maggie Adele Sapp Haggard .  She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude "Jr." Milligan; her parents; son, Claude Milligan, Jr.; four brothers, Ray Haggard, Jerry Haggard, Bobby Haggard, and Jasper Haggard; and two sisters, Dorothy Goodwin and Margie Ann Haggard.  Mrs. Milligan loved spending time with family.  Her leisure time was enjoyed at Caddo Senior Citizen Center and listening to music at the VFW.

She is survived by her daughter, Stacy Schuman; three brothers, Dwight Haggard, Johnny Haggard (Janice), and Earl Haggard (Rebecca); three sisters, Audrey Kilpatric, Joyce Haynes, and Ann Waddell; two grandchildren, Sheree Hutchins (Bryan) and Reece Schuman; and five great-grandchildren, Lillian Hutchins, Autumn Hutchins, Brennan Schuman, Brantlee Schuman, and Arliss Schuman. 

Pallbearers will be Reece Schuman, Brennan Schuman, Brantlee Schuman, Bryan Hutchins, John Haggard, and Cain Haggard.  Honorary pallbearer will be Lillian Hutchins.
