Moulton - Funeral for Elibo Kelley, 72, of Moulton will be Sunday, November 15, 2020, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Harold Hall and Rev. Marcus Lipscomb officiating.  Burial will be in Graham Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour before the service  at the funeral home.  Mrs. Kelley, who died Thursday, November 12, 2020, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born, April 25, 1948, to Cecil Smith and Avie Terry Smith.  
She was preceded in death by her parents,  husband - Billy Melson and son - Tracy (Bugger) Melson
Survivors include:
Sons - Randy (Lana Terry) Melson, Andy (Alicia) Melson
Daughters - Tammy (Blue) Wallace, Michelle (Shane) Smith, Susie Gatlin
Brothers - Bill Smith, Jackie Smith
Sisters - Debbie Smith, Connie Smith, Darean Martin
19 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren. 
Pallbearers will be grandsons and honorary pallbearers will be granddaughters.
