Dwight Lamar Reeves

Dwight Lamar Reeves, age 74, of Falkville, died Thursday, April 23, 2026, at Decatur Morgan Hospital.  His family may host a celebration of life at a later date.  Parkway Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.  Guestbook available at www.parkwayfh.com.

Mr. Reeves was born February 9, 1952, in Alabama to R. V. Reeves and Annie Marie Lindley Reeves.  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara LeMay Reeves; parents; brother, Terry Reeves; and sister, Vicky Tillman.  He was a member of  Hartselle Church of Christ.

He is survived by his loving wife, Penny Leavesley Reeves; daughter, Candy Hensley;  brother, Ronnie Reeves; three sisters, Wanda Higgens, Connie Weaver, and Janice Reeves; and four grandchildren, Taylor LeMay Gray, Tori Faye Tillman, Zach LeMay, and Colton Hensley.
