Douglas Carroll

Funeral service for Doug Carroll, age 86, of Moulton will be 12:00 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2026, at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Redmond Talley and Bro. Lynn Carroll officiating and Parkway Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends on Monday, May 18, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church.  Interment will be in Moulton City Cemetery. 

Mr. Carroll, who died Thursday, May 14, 2026, in Moulton, was born December 11, 1939, to Lennis Carroll and Carrie Mae Carroll.   He was preceded in death by his parents; daughters, Susie Terry (Kim) and Anna Harbin (Kenny); brothers, Alvis Carroll (Isabell), Windham Carroll (Geneva), and Wayne Carroll (Marion); and sisters, Betty Jo Strickland (Leslie) and Brenda Terry (Larry) . 

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Carroll; son, Lynn Carroll (Lisa); and grandchildren, Cody Terry (Morgan), Jessica George (Jon), Jacob Carroll (Caitlyn), Jennifer Carroll, and Johannah Carroll.  Mr. Carroll enjoyed watching Auburn football and loved gardening.  He was one of the original founders of Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church and was a retired maintenance mechanic.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
