Decatur - Funeral for Donald Ray (Tootie)  Allen, 70, of Decatur will be Saturday, February 13, 2021, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 2:00 PM with Rev. Larry Crumpton officiating.  Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home.  Mr. Allen, who died Thursday, February 11, 2021 at his residence, was born, May 10, 1950, to George Allen and Geneva Gipson Allen.  
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers - Samuel Allen, Carl "Slick" Allen, Hollis Allen, Fred Allen, Willard Allen
Sisters - Naomi Adams, Sybil Taylor
Survivors include:
Wife - Betty Allen
Sons - Tony Lee Allen, Ronald Ray (Amy) Allen
Daughters - Freda Lynn Allen, Dejena (Steve) Kay Allen Jackson
Brother - Charles "Buddy" Allen
