Debra Diana (Owens) Boston

Graveside service for Debra Diana (Owens) Boston, age 77, of Moulton, will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Midway Memorial Gardens with Parkway Funeral Home directing. 

Mrs. Boston, who died Friday, July 3, 2026, in Decatur, was born July 18, 1948, in Alabama to Elmer Owens and Lucy Audrey Armstrong Owens.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Peggy Dale Owens Compton (Godey).  Debra deeply loved her family and always tried to care for everyone.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, her flowers and plants, and exploring nature.

She is survived by her loving husband Lonzo Boston; son, Jason Eric Boston (Roberto); daughter, Jaimie Michelle Boston Cranor; brothers, Gwyn Elvis Owens (Joyce) and Terry Miles Owens; sisters, Judy Kathy Owens Blaxton (Neal) and Michelle Annette Owens Parker (Chris); and granddaughter, Ashlie Victoria Cranor.
