Danny Wayne Whited

Funeral service for Danny Wayne Whited, age 62, of Decatur, will be 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2024, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mr. Whited, who died Thursday, September 19, 2024, at his residence, was born September 7, 1962, in Michigan to Daniel George Whited and Carol Joyce McCrary Whited Amerson.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Amerson, and two brothers, Johnny Whited and James Whited..  Mr. Whited was retired from the U. S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Curbow Whited; three sons, Tony Whited (Rachel), Thomas Whited, and A. J. Paulin; two daughters, Amanda Whited (Neal) and Kristen Whited-Burgess (Blake); father, Daniel George Whited; brother, George Whited; two sisters, Cindy Whited and Sam Delaney (Keith); and five grandchildren, Hunter Whited, Abby Whited, Phebe Whited, Gavin Burgess, and Cayden Bolding. 

Pallbearers will be Joseph Delaney, Brian Delaney, Jakob Delaney, A. J. Paulin, Austin Mabe, and Blake Burgess.
