Decatur - Memorial service for Retired Master Sargent Danny Berry, 72, of Decatur will be Saturday, November 20, 2021, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 2:00 PM with Rev. Chase D. Ackerman officiating. MSgt. Berry, who died Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at his residence, was born, March 25, 1949, to Lenious Elmore Berry and Della Melton Berry. He was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church. He retired from the United States Air Force as Master Sargent and from American Airlines American Eagle Division. He also was a Civil War reenactor.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother- Lee Berry.
Survivors include Four Survivors:
Wife - Jennifer Sims Berry
Daughter - Elizabeth (Ken) Haynie
Sister - Judy (Michael, Sr.) Reid
Step-mother - Juanita McLendon
