Charles Leon "Chuck" Yates, Jr.

The family of Charles Leon "Chuck" Yates, Jr., age 53, of Moulton, will host a Celebration of Life on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Decatur Baptist Church with Rev. Mr. Yates, who died Friday, March 22, 2024, at his residence, was born November 18, 1970, in Alabama to Charles Leon Yates, Sr. and Janice Latham Yates.  He was preceded in death by his father, and one granddaughter, Braylee Ann.  Chuck was a member of Decatur Baptist Church and served on their security team.  He was a wonderful, loving father and grandfather.

He is survived by his mother, Janice Yates; son, Steven Yates; two daughters, Chyna Hughes (Douglas) and Shania Ladyman (Josh); brother, Jeff Yates; and five grandchildren, Trace, Jayden, A.J., Addy, and Willow.
