Billy Clyde Evans, Sr. Obituary

Billy Clyde Evans, Sr., age 84, of Hartselle, died Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born April 1, 1940, in Alabama. His family may host a celebration of life at a later date. Parkway Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Evans; parents, Sam and Margaret Evans; two brothers, Ed Evans and Howard Evans; and daughter-in-law, Lisa Evans.

He is survived by his son, Billy Clyde "Jr." Evans, Jr.; fiancee, Maryanne Landers; three grandchildren, Darren Evans, Samantha Evans, and James Evans; two great-grandchildren, Jordan Evans and Jesse Evans; former daughter-in-law, Sherry Thomas; and a host of extended family and friends.
