Barbara Ann (Oliver) Vandiver

Funeral service for Barbara Ann (Oliver) Vandiver, age 79, of Town Creek will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 3, 2023, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Price officiating.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 2, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Interment will be in Old Liberty Cemetery.  Guestbook available at www.parkwayfunerals.com.

Mrs. Vandiver, who died Monday, October 30, 2023, at Helen Keller Hospital, was born May 25, 1944, in Alabama to Tennis E. Oliver and Mable Neomie Randolph Oliver.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Randall Vandiver; parents; three brothers, Tennis Oliver, Daniel Oliver, and Ollie Oliver; one sister, Sara Joiner; and two grandchildren, Josh Cooley and William Cooley.  

She is survived by her son, Todd Cooley; two stepdaughters, Cindy Presley and Kathy Zobjeck; two brothers, Wayne Oliver and Larry Oliver; and three sisters, Shelby Parker, Stella Allen, and Elizabeth Walker. 

Pallbearers will be David Loosier, Ray Allen, Jeremy Tidwell, Rocky Sarley, Dustin Tidwell, Albert Houston, and Marlon Hutto.
