Adonna Marie (Swindle) Turner

Funeral service for Adonna Marie Swindle Turner, age 61, of Hillsboro, will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Brandon Stricklin officiating.  The family will receive friends for one hour prior to service.  Interment will be in Roselawn Cemetery.  Guestbook available at www.parkwayfunerals.com.

Mrs. Turner, who died Friday, July 12, 2024, at her residence, was born March 7, 1963, in Alabama to Jerry Thomas Swindle and Gloria JoAnn Eddings Swindle.  She was preceded in death by husband, Gary Lynn Turner, II; son, Brandon Ross Turner; father; brother, Joe Thomas Swindle; and great-niece, Whitney Draper.  

She is survived by two sons, Gary Lynn Turner, III (Paddles) and William Harris "Billy" Turner (Erika); mother, Gloria JoAnn Damron; brother, Bobby Clayton Swindle; sister, Jerrie Lynn Swindle Lindley; three grandchildren, Viktoria Marie Turner Terry (Zac), Mary Kathleen Turner, and William Reuben Turner (Zoe); god-grandchild, Breezy LaShelle Brown (Logan and Zac); three great-grandchildren, Emersyn Jayde Terry, Skylar Anslea Rose Wright, and Anson-Cole Lynch; four nephews, Michael Christopher Draper (Casey), Alexander Reid Lindley, Lucas Dewayne Lindley, and Joe Thomas Swindle, II; two nieces, Sabrina Kay Swindle (Zach) and Shannon Ashley Swindle; great-nephews/nieces, Grayson, August, Malachi, Janiyah, JoJo, Joe Thomas, III "J.T.". Miken Draper, and Macon Draper.

Pallbearers will be Alex Lindley, Lucas Lindley, Eric Jenkins, Logan Wright, Zac Terry, and Braiden Hill.  Honorary pallbearers will be Hayden Schrimsher, Hayden Borden, and Michael Terry.
