Funeral for Todd Allen Best, 47, of Decatur will be Tuesday, January 7, 2020, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 7:00 PM with Homer Jones and Caleb Miller officiating. Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Mr Best, who died Saturday, January 4, 2020, in Decatur, was born November 1, 1972, to John Best and Marlene Edwards.
