Michael Carrington

Funeral for Michael Carrington, 55, of Decatur will be Saturday, August 3, 2019, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 11:00 AM with Harold Letson officiating.  Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens with military honors.  Visitation will be Friday, August 2, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.  Mr. Carrington, who died Saturday, July 27, 2019, at Huntsville Hospital, was born, November 29, 1963, to Frank Carrington and Susan Roeschlaub Carrington, and raised by Mae Carrington.  He was retired from the Army National Guard. 
He was preceded in death by his parents, and Mother- Mae Carrington, and 2 sisters - Wanita Lafollte and Jeannie Dillard
Survivors include:
Wife - Joyce Carrington
Son - Justin (Alexandra) Carrington
5 sisters - Joy Johnson, Shirley Russell, Evelyn Hale, Martha Stevens, and JoAnn Carrington
Step-Son - Brandon (Ashley) Fisher
6 grandchildren
