Memorial Service for Herchel Dwight Allen, 74, of Hatton will be at Parkway Funeral Home, at 2:00 PM with Casey Hagel officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Allen, who died Sunday, October 14, was born November 6, 1943, to Herchel Allen and Helen White Allen.
