Helen (Lang) Sandlin

Funeral for Helen Lang Sandlin, 86, of Moulton will be Friday, February 8, 2019, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Neil Carter  officiating and Parkway Funeral Home directing.  Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens.  Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church.  Mrs. Sandlin, who died Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born, January 10, 1933, to Oscar Lang and Columbia Ryan Lang.  She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and retired after 47 years from the United States Department of Agriculture. 
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Rayburn Sandlin
Survivors include:
Son - Joel Lang  (Jan) Sandlin
Daughter - Kathy Sandlin (Sonny) Gauntey
Sister - Margaret Gillespie
6 grandchildren - Nick (Krystal) Letson, Adam (Julie) Sandlin, Stephanie Jones, Michelle (Jared) Hanks, Nicole (Scott) Patterson and AJ (Charisa) Sandlin
20 great grandchildren.  
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
