Brian "Sarge" Sargent

Hillsboro - Funeral for Brian "Sarge"  Sargent, 60, of Hillsboro will be Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 7:00 PM with Rev. Jamin Grubbs and Rev. Steve Caudle officiating. Visitation will be two hours before the service at the funeral home.  Mr. Sargent, who died Friday, November 2, 2018 at his residence, surounded by his family, was born, February 25, 1958, to Dale L. Sargent and Janet Ann Petersen Sargent.  He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and retired form Decatur Morgan Hospital maintenance department . 
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother - Dave Sargent
Survivors include:
Wife and best friend of 34 years - Ginger Lovett Sargent
Son - Chris (Nikki) Sargent
Daughter - Lila Sargent (Skip) Harkins
2 brothers - Randy (E. E.) Sargent and Marty Sargent
4 grandchildren - Koal Legg, Shay Legg, Hunter Harkins and Addi Grace Harkins
3 nephews - Tony (Sara) Sargent,  Rodney (Candy) Allen and Colee Allen
6 nieces - Jodie Sargent (Dan) Calhoun, Kelsie Anderson. Katie Clower, Caylee Bayne, Missy Walden and Julie Cox.
